Delete Your Charlo Account

Delete from the Charlo app

If you still have access to your Charlo account, use the account deletion option available inside the app.

1. Open Charlo.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open your Profile or Settings.
4. Select the account deletion option.
5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access your Charlo account or the in-app deletion option, contact Charlo support using the developer contact information listed on the official Google Play Store page and request account deletion.

Include enough information to identify the account, such as the email address or username associated with your Charlo account. Do not send your password.

What happens after deletion

Account information associated with the deleted account will be removed or handled according to Charlo's applicable retention, security and legal requirements.

Some limited information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or enforcement purposes.
